CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure professional reliability, we adhere to a strict financial policy enforced via a credit card on file. (A) DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to book. (B) STANDARD CANCELLATION (>24 Hours): Fully refundable. (C) LATE CANCELLATION (12-24 Hours): Deposit is forfeited. (D) ACUTE CANCELLATION (<12 Hours) & No-Show: 100% of the service fee will be charged. THERAPIST CANCELLATION & RECOVERY In the rare event The Therapist must cancel due to sudden illness or emergency: (A) IMMEDIATE REFUND: Any deposit paid is immediately refunded. (B) SERVICE RECOVERY (Priority Invitation): You will receive an invitation to reschedule with the $200 Priority Surcharge WAIVED for a future Same-Day/Acute appointment. (C) LIMITATION: This waiver does NOT apply to After-Hours or Holiday bookings unless the original canceled session fell within those specific premium windows. (D) EXPIRATION: This invitation is valid for 90 days from the date of cancellation. (E) EXCEPTION: If the cancellation is due to the Client's disclosed contagion or unsafe environment, the Client remains liable for applicable fees. CONTAGION & HOUSEHOLD PATHOLOGY I explicitly certify that neither I nor any member of my household currently has any contagious pathology, infectious condition, or disqualifying issue, including but not limited to rashes of any kind, sores, lesions, lice, flu, or active fever. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-DISCLOSURE: I understand that failure to disclose these conditions constitutes a material breach of this agreement and will result in: (A) IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the session. (B) Financial Liability for full fees and remediation costs. (C) Permanent Cessation of the professional relationship.
